IDSimF - Ion Dynamics Simulation Framework
My current public main project is the Ion Dynamics Simulation Framework (IDSimF), a set of modules and simulation applications to calculate ion trajectories in mass spectrometers and similar devices considering space charge, background gas interaction and chemistry.

IDSimPy - Pre / Post Processing for IDSimF
IDSimPy is a companion python library for preprocessing input data for IDSimF simulations and post-processing and visualization of IDSimF results.
